- Contact the Lake Shadows ACC Chairman by email (acc.lakeshadows@yahoo.com) to begin the approval process: **ACC Approvals will not be given without the application fee**

You may attend the regularly scheduled Civic League monthly meeting . If you cannot attend any meetings, you may also mail any requests to Lake Shadows Civic League, P.O. Box 642 Crosby, Texas 77532.

Please be sure to include the amount of the fee in check form and 2 copies of the first page (approval page) if you are mailing your approval request, it will be reviewed at the next scheduled meeting and one copy will be returned with our decision as well as a receipt for your paid fee. We would like to emphasize however, that if there are questions or concerns about your request and you are not present to plea your requests, your approval could be delayed.
